Berry Smoothie

Here’s to the end of summer and to saying goodbye to the hot summer days with a cool drink! Made from just fresh fruit, spinach, and ice cubes, this cold smoothie is bound to beat the last bout of humidity as we head into the fall months. It’s also probably the easiest recipe out there! Here’s how to make it:

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup of fresh, chilled blueberries
  • 1 cup of fresh, chilled strawberries
  • 1 cup of baby spinach

Make It:

Measure out your ingredients and rinse off the spinach leaves to remove all excess dirt.

Toss the fruit and veg into a blender and blend until you’re satisfied (I left flecks of spinach and berry in mine so that the beautiful colors would show through, but you can make yours totally smooth if you like).

Pour your mixture into a glass and garnish with ice and a straw. I’m using these adorable papers ones from Target. How cute are they!
